I really hope that someone can help with this, or I am in big trouble!
I just opened WS x5 Pro on my PC and all my recent and older projects have disappeared from the "Edit an Existing Project List"
I have searched my C drive and my Microsoft Office Cloud drive and there is nothing to import.
I can find some IWPRJ2 backup files but not any recent .iwzip files.
I had the program set to save on exit and save after every preview.
Any ideas anyone??

Check in Documents in the Incomedia folder a new folder may appear, in it your projects
More precisely, you need to drag your projects from the old folder into it. I have these folders, for example Web Site X5 Professional and Web Site X5 Pro
Hello."I can find some IWPRJ2 backup files but not any recent .iwzip files." - Please send a screenshot of the folder with this file (not the search results, but the folder itself, which contains this file).

Thank you Pavel M. Your advice was sound. For some reason, the latest X5 version must have created a new folder in which to save projects. It was a big relief to be able to find my "lost" projects. It was strange that when searching my hard drive for .iwzip files there was nothing to be found.
However, all is well that ends well. Thanks again. I owe you a beer!

Thanks for your help Aleksej. My problem was solved by Pavel M with his suggestion. Hopefully this can also help with anyone else encountering the same problem.
It was weird that a search for .iwzip files on my hard drive was returning no results though.
Thanks again.
Dave.
David, for future reference, the iwzip file will never exist unless you create it (step 5, export project), this is not automatically created and yet is far superiour to the built in backup routine.
I strongly suggest you create an iwzip after every editing session (the iwzip can be renamed at time of creation - perhaps by appending date).
