My website x5 pro 13 keep on crashing..

I already downloaded and installed the latest version available for my license.
and still it crashes everytime i open it. It says
Incomedia Website X5 Professional has stopped working
A problem caused the program to stop working correctly.
Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available.

Hello Ador Tan,
In the first instance please reboot/clean boot your computer, then start WebSite X5 as an 'administrator', using a Windows account with elevated privileges.
If this doesn't resolve the problem then try temporarily disabling any software/hardware antivirus and firewall packages in your system. If WebSite X5 then runs succesfully then you can add it as an 'exception' to the whitelists.
If you still experience difficulty then I suggest uninstalling then reinstalling the software.
