I've set up a FORM with Website X5 2020, and uploaded my site.
However, when I try out the form online, there is nothing coming back to me.
Please see the attached screen shot.

No luck, Wayne.
Thanks for trying.
I really need this feature of the website to work properly.
Hopefully, someone has an answer.
I presume that you have your PHP settings up to date (7.1 - 7.3 +)? I am still working with the 2019 release of X5, as everything works for me on this. I assume you are using your newer version for the eCommerce update?
Your email form settings look the same as one of my sites, except that I have ticked the "Include the collected data" box. Also, I did put some text in the Data Submission side on the left under "Subject" ("Message from (my site name)") and in the message area I put "Here is the message sent:"
Try ticking the "Included data" box for a start. If that doesn't work, put in a subject and a message on the left panels to see if for some strange reason that might alter things. It's possible that your email client might bounce a message that does not have a subject or text....even though they are on the right hand side "Confirmation email" section!
Hello Myron
Be aware that many ISP's require the mailaddress to be part of the domain. So if you use a gmail or Yahoo email address, it will maybe not function.
In these cases it could function if you use a mail address from the domain and then make a forward on that mail to other addresses - the forward addresses could then be a Yahoo or gmail.
Or try an email address that you know works? and try putting something the the subject line.. I use a gmail account and have never encountered any issues before..
Hello Myron,
Visit the following URL:
https://www.adita.com/jw/admin/login.php
Then go to the WebSite Test section, and use the email test facility to try the various permutations until you find the configuration which will work with your server. Any errors which are shown in the Website Test section will assist you in finding the cause of the problem.
Once you have found the correct settings, replicate these in Step 1 Settings > Advanced > Data Management > Email... then reupload your site to the server in Step 5.
This is a server issue.
Kind regards,
Paul

Good news, and thank you Wayne.
The Contact Form MUST have a Subject, as shown on the attached screenshot.
I contacted GoDaddy about why my form was not working and they said it had something to do with the Subject but they were totally vague about what to do.
Combining Wayne's comment and Godaddy's comment about the Subject, I filled in this field with "Jeff Willerton Books" and all is well now.
Thanks again.
