Can't load project

When I try to open one of my projects I get the message that "The project is still open or wasn't closed down correctly, do you want to continue?" When I press "yes" the program closes down. This happened after the program crashed while i tried to make a blog.
How can I access my project again? The other projects i have are opening fine.

may be that's the easiest way to solve the proble: Do you have a useful backup ?:

Hi! Thank you. But it crashes when I use the backup as well
Is the project stored in a synchronised folder (eg Dropbox, one drive, etc)? If so copy local and run.
The only other suggestion is to temporarily uninstall or totally disable 3rd party av, malware, firewall or VPN software. If this works exceptions can be applied.
With 20/20 hindsight, if you had gone to step 5 export project and created an iwzip the recovery via import would have been simple, fast and reliable.
