User Defined Field For Shopping Cart Data Collection  en

It would be really nice if I can alter or you could provide an ability for us to create a field in the data collection of the shopping cart. I have a need of a specific field i.e. you have Customers VAT and Tax ID...I need a specific field that says Customs Import No. Can this be done, could it be something you can add in the next release. A user defined field besides the one offered. Reason various customs require this Customs import number to waiver VAT. It applies to businesses and not private individuals. A User defined field could also be used for anything including coupon codes, account number, purchase order number or other.

You can enable these fields through the Shopping Cart configuration in the 4th step.

You can find this configuration in the "Customer details" tab.

You were lost on my meaning User defined is a field that I can label myself and not from a pick list of fields. As I stated I need a field called customs import number and not a pick list field that does not state that. I think you lost it in translation.

Hello,

In the meanwhile we had our update but this extra option is not included?

I really miss the option to ad our own user defined fields.

Further more, the field : " remarks" is not at all displayed in the last summery before a client goes to the payment step. In this webshop:

 a client needs to be able to specify the date he wants his order to be delivered. For now, I let them use the predefined field: Remarks. However, this is not included in the review nor in the confimation mail that the client recieves after sending the order.

Clients find this confusing. Can this be fixed soon?

I just found out that the user defined field is possible now in step 1 ( Languages )

Leaves the question open about:
