Ich versuche ein E-shop mit PDF-lessons zu installieren.
Nach Eingabe der Daten die ich glaube das ich es richtig eingegeben habe, (Database defintion, Usernames, Passwords, Produkte und PayPal) habe ich die Seite hochgeladen und versucht einen Kauf zu machen.
Dabei kommt die Meldung an dem Fenster "generic error"... (angefügtes Bild)
Könnte mir jemand helfen (auch mit remotecontrol möglich) bei der installation...?

I'm trying to install an e-shop with PDF lessons.
After entering the data that I think I entered correctly (database definition, usernames, passwords, products and PayPal) I uploaded the page and tried to make a purchase.
The message "generic error" ... appears in the window (attached image)

Could someone help me (also possible with remote control) with the installation ...?
