Can we assume that you were able to successfully create a database on your Siteground hosting?  You will need to first make a database specifically for use with your WebSite X5 project.  If unsure on how to do this you can find instructions from Siteground here:

If you've already created the database, do you receive any error messages when trying to connect?  If so, what are they?

yes I have a database only for this site but always give me this error 

Try and connect to your database using this free tool (instead of from within WebSite X5):

Siteground - phpMyAdmin

phpMyAdmin will give you a more meaningful error message in the event that you cannot connect to the database.  You can then resort to us with this information and/or ask Siteground for assistance.

Once you can connect successfully using phpMyAdmin then you need to mirror the database connection settings within WebSite X5 in Step 1 Settings > Advanced > Data Management > Database

The most common cause of failure to connect to the database is incorrect access credentials (Hostname, Database Name, Username, Password)  -  these must all be exactly as specified by Siteground.
