Activation 404 error ;(

I get a 404 error when trying to activate X5 v9. What is strange too, i activated 2 times before. Every now and then the activation process pops up again, why is that? So now i can't work on my website because X5 activation can't find the server. Will this be fixed anytime soon?

idem, and i'm not very happy of this, it's stink!!
I am having the same problem, I tried the "manual activation" suggested in another post, and it messed up the whole program, now it gives me an "error occur while running the program. Please reinstall the progran." and I have reinstalled it twice to no avail. This is crazy!!!!

so, samatha, i've a question :
i've built, with a friend's software, my website. his version is v9 1699, and now (after i bought my own version) i tried to load the parts of my website i save on my computer and the software doesn't want to do this because it was built with an ulterior version !!!
i tought that when i buy a version on your site it's the latest !! but it seems not ? why ? and how i can do it?

Thanks Samantha, i already obtained an unlock code via the link given after hitting the instructions button at manual validation. I still wonder why this validation process comes back on my screen sometimes. 1 time validation should be enough i guess.

@ Norguet: Great! Glad the issue is solved! Well actually, also your friend has not got his version up to date! The latest version of the software is 9.06.1775 and you can update your version any time by downloading the last version form the ''download'' section on the top right corner of this page or by selecting the option ''Check for updates at program startup'' in the ''preferences'' section Step 0.
Please update both your programs then export the project and import it into your new program and you won't have problems anymore!
