Please can I have your definition of 'website heading' and 'page title'. This might be part of the problem with header tags, not exactly what I think it is. I go into the code something just seems different.
Along with the definition of both, show where each is located. Page title is located in the map section (3) I believe.
Also,
When I'm in settings --> advance --> website optimization, seo --> html tag. I see at the bottom is automatic heading tag management and if '3' chosen in the drop down, H1 for website heading and H2 for page title. What I see when I look into the code is a H1 header, but when I locate H2, there is no ending H2 </H2>, resulting in no credit for a H2 header, why is that?

Hello. In the picture below, green is - Tag Title, red is - Page Title.
You can enable the display of the page title here:
"What I see when I look into the code is a H1 header, but when I locate H2, there is no ending H2 </H2>, resulting in no credit for a H2 header, why is that?" - you may not have set or turned on Page Title display.

Does not work, this is what I get for the first h2 header:
<div class="imHeading2">Lake Erie Fishing Charters for Walleyes, Smallmouth Bass, Perch</div><div class="imTACenter"><span class="fs20lh1-5"><b>Lake Ontario Salmon Charters</b></span></div>
This is for the second:
<div data-line-height="1.15" class="lh1-15 imTACenter"><div data-line-height="1.5" class="lh1-5 imTACenter"><div data-line-height="1.15" class="lh1-15"><div class="imHeading2">Still time to book 2021 Lake's Erie and Ontario fishing charters, target all your great lakes favorites!</div><br></div><div data-line-height="1.15" class="lh1-15"><b>
I really don't understand your coding in this case, why 'imHeading2' instead of h2? None of my H2 header tags are recognized. Again there is no </h2>. Please tell me what I have to do.

There are no H2 headers when I use the (3) automatic heading tag management located at settings --> advance --> website optimization, seo --> html tag
When I use (1) none located at same, I get just my "Badman Charters" name associated with a link, no other keyword text that I need to insert, but I get my H2-> H6 headers.
There is something clearly wrong here, I understand what you're saying and telling me what to do. Please figure it out for me and let me know. Currently I'm using (3) automatic heading tag management, cannot get any H2, you can check my source code at https://www.badmancharters.com
Please send a screenshot of your homepage settings, text style and SEO.

I used the particular phrase and wording and found it associated with the header tag/link. I changed the title for the responsive header sometime ago in order to speed loading. I opened the title object and noticed where, under options, there was a heading tag and link associated with my concern. Changed everything to what I needed and that solved the problem.
Thank you for the help you offered.
I'm glad your problem has been resolved.
