Problem with starting Website X5 Pro

Every time I am starting Website X5 Pro, I am ask to aktivate ma product despite the fact I am using it on the same computer. And now, after instalation of new version 2021.1.3 I cannot create a new website.

why not? Do you get an error? can you provide a prtscrn?
Try else to download here latest version (top right next to your name pulldown -> download)
install that one, your projects should be safe and try again.
if this does not help, please provide more information so we can help you better.

The Incomedia server was down, it did not open the program in some cases and in others it did not open any empty project.
Now it all seems solved.
