Hello Adi

The software requires a very specific CSV format to be used in order to perform a successful import. From the error you're displaying, I believe the CSV file isn't formatted properly

Please check our official guide on this as to get more information on how to correctly configure your CSV file for import

Thank you

Stefano

x Adi, ... (It > En) ...you checked the CSV in the Spreadsheet ...?...
... UTF-8 formatting, and there must be no repetitions in the name/code  column, and reserved characters must not be used ...

ciao
