I am getting this error when i try upload my web page to 123-reg i have use both V8 and V9 and i get an error message please atteched

and error message for V8
. . . you do not have rights to write into folder . . .
Using Vista/Win 7 please start x5 with
-> right click -> as admin . . .
Tiff your X5 Export FTP Details are incorrect.....
