I try to import a website to my new W5, but it stopped after about 12 - 18%. Attaches a file with error message:
"a local file header is corrupted."

I suppose you want to import a project that was created with version 12. Do you want to open the project directly in the new version, or do you use an iwzip file that you created in version 12? You can use the WebsiteX5 optimizer to upgrade to the latest version. You can download it here
https://www.websitex5.com/download/optimizer/1.10.0/WebSiteX5Optimizer_x86.exe
or here
https://www.websitex5.com/download/optimizer/1.10.0/WebSiteX5Optimizer_x64.exe
After the installation you import the project into the optimizer, select "no optimization" and save it again. After that, the import should work in the new version.
You may have to rework a lot as it's a big version jump, but you won't be able to see that until it's applied.
Hi there!
Thank you for getting in touch.
The project seems to have a large size, in this case you have to follow this steps in order to import it in the new version:
Thanks! Kind regards.

Hi,
I have tried both answers, but without success. Maybe the zip solution needs a little more explanation

Elisa’s solution with the zip file is actually clearly described. Do you have any special points that are unclear?
If the old version is still available, you can try to delete the folder preview and upload in the project directory, start the program and load your project; the folders will then be recreated. You may also be able to delete backup files that are no longer required from the backup folder. Then you create a new iwzip file with which you can then try the import into the new version.

Understand that this is not as simple as I thought. I'm trying to create a new page instead. Then I'll get some clean-up at the same time.
Thank you for your help so far.

Ok, that's a good way because you will also get to know the new features of the program and in the end you will have a "clean" project without any legacy issues.
