Hi,

I have been trying to switch from the old PayPal payment system to the new one for a few times now and I have exactly the same problems.

I contacted Paypal and Paypal-Support and they told me that there were no problems and that everything was working normally.

Does anyone else have this same schizophrenic situation.

In your case, I believe you've attempted the procedure quite a few times and PayPal put a restriction on your account. There is, unfortunately, nothing we can do about this

That being said, as soon as your account is unlocked and you're able to try again, please do open your own private topic on the matter so that I might attempt to assist you with this in the best way possible
