How To Delete Multiple Rows From Text Object

I have a page with multiple rows. Every week I have to delete about 10 rows. All the rows have two objects in the row. So I delete them one at a time and it seems like there is an easier way to do this. Like we can do in Excel. Can I select multiple rows and delete them all at the same time?
So, how do I delete multiple rows all at the same time?
