The X5 Pro is getting frozen on other pages and can't work on it

Hello Team,
My new X5 Pro is geeting frozen on some adding pages, I have restart my PC several times, but yet the X5 Pro is freezed, I can't work on it, I had to open my task manager to force shut down it, then same thing after opening the App.. please help Urgent..

Hello Ibrahim,
Tries to put some Text or HTML object with nothing inside to fullfil empty cases in your page.
It should be a reflex to put some empty objects when nothing is configured into a page

Yet, the issue is still occuring, please see txt insert object,, once I insert it, it get freezed, I can't save or edit.. nothing..
No more idea.
Have you tried to uninstall, reboot and reinstall (into admin mode) ?
In other case wait for other user or Incomedia next week

ALL cells must be filled. It can be filled with empty objects - that means a text-object or a html-object with no content.
Important is that ALL cells is filled.

I don't know if I have explain myself correctly,, But I can't do anything once I insert any object.
As soon as I insert the object and try to open it to fill out any details, it get freezed/stuck,, I can't even add more objects,, It just stuck and the mouse give a sign of sircle icone as waitting//

If you are able to export your project to an iwzip-file?
In case you are - then make an iwzip file. Close the program. Open the program and then open the iwzip file and operate on this. Is this possible?

Yes I can,,, but to be honest, there is no technical logic sense to do all this recovery steps just because the X5 got stuck on one single insert object... This is major issue ...

HAve you followed the tip above and deleted all empty rows and columns or filled them with HTML objects and then saved them.
The problem is that since responsive design this is a big mistake if you have empty fields in the grid. That's why it always crashes.
Ibrahim, sorry to be repetitive but . . . . .
As stated by everyone, you must not have empty cells. The objects need not have content, and you can use any object you like, but there must be no empty cells on ANY pages (if other pages you are not working on have empty cells this can also cause stalls). If you populate every cell and use the tick to proceed (do not click save or preview until you have finished the task) then I am sure the issue will go away.
I reproduced your page example, you will note every cell is populated. As you edit the page in future it is an easy matter to remove or resize objects and add new objects keeping all cells filled as you proceed (normally one or 2 empty cells will not cause an issue unless you are using row formats images, but in your example there are many cells and being empty will cause wx5 much confusion)

All steps above have them performed already,,
In fact, in smaple word,,, the X5 got stuck time insterting the objects to fill all empty cells, so, on the second insert, the X5 got blocked, hence I can't keep on inserting the empty Cells..
I hope have made my self more clear now..
I had to delete the whole project and start all over which is really bad,, :(
from the screenshot below, will explain what is happening :
1. 1..2...3 get okay..
2. the B there it get stuck...
3. the E are still empty because the B got freezed hence the whole x5 wont let me do anything and the nouse give sing of waiting ...

Ibrahim, I am sorry. You are saying that this has happened on 2 projects now?
I obviously had no issue. Are you working locally (local hard disk) on the project (not via network, cloud or usb)? Is your documents directory c:\users\yourname\documents or perhaps c:\users\username\onedrive\documents? Are you synchronising with any cloud service at all (one drive, google drive, drop box etc)
If you are running 3rd party anti virus (not just windows security) can you temporarily uninstall or disable it?

What I could asume in this case, is somehow the X5 has crushed where the recovery setting didn't function well on my project,, hence anytime I reopen it and pick the impacted page it reoccur again and again,, I can't confirm this, but, nevertheless have start new project which so far so good :).. Hope so hahahahah

I am having exactly the same problem as Ibrahim. I have updated to the most recent version just today, but after any attempt to edit my website. The program crashes and I have to use task manager to close it.
David, is your problem only on one page like Ibrahim's? If so please add a new page and recreate content, if successful you can delete the faulty page, rename and reposition the replacement page.
Other than that please work through the possible fixes provided above. Good luck.
