element 5 order number: 405362035...we got the product but there is no product key/cd key included can you please send it to us, thanks.

Hi Michelle!
First of all, please look into your spam folder maybe the email with your licence key is there. Otherwise please contact element 5 as I suggested on Facebook and ask them to send it to you again.
