I am unable to Connect my paypal Account button

I select "PayPal Commerce Platform" option as Payment Type and I am not redirected on a PayPal page to connect the account to confirm my e-mail address. Nothing is loading.
Cannot check enabled credit card payment box, its greyed out.
I need a solution, Thanks!

if i press connect paypal account
i get his:
after i type my country i get an pop up :
Do you get the same? Do you do the same?
Can there be a firewall interfering? check!

I disabled my firewall and it has gotten me up to this point until I selected the ok buttn.

Have you also deposited all your data at Paypal Commerz. It seems that some data is missing and therefore it can not establish the connection.
You should also create your own payment error page and confirmation page and set them in WSX5.
