Cannot publish to my original host after publishing to website X5 hosting servic  en

I have had hosting with A2hosting for years and have websites hosted there. I have a problem with the Audio Player as it will sometimes only play one song then hange. I wanted to troubleshoot the issue to see if it was your object or the host provider. So I published my site https://www.cibolosprings.com to the WebSite X5 Hosting provider.

I now want to publish the website to my original host and cannot connect to the server using my original settings using Incomedia WebSite X5 Pro 2021.5.4

I have verified the connection with another FTP Program, even after changing the ftp password and I can connect successfully with that FTP application.

Attached are the settings for one website https://www.corpsupportservices.com which I just re-published using WebSite X5, you will notice there are no database settings.

When publishing CiboloSprings with no database settings an error is generated, also attached.

I have verified all connection settings are correct

I need to be able to publish this website to my original host, please help me!

It seems to me there is a setting which is not being cleared after using your host.

When trying to publish https://www.cibolosprings.com without database settings I get an error.

Thank you for your reply, however, in my description..."When publishing CiboloSprings with no database settings an error is generated" stating that I need to have a database connections. I have set that up and deleted it with the same results file attached

Hello Jack

When this message appears, it means that you've enabled in your project some functionality that uses a Database. Perhaps you didn't before and that is why it's asking you to configure this now

Check in the most common places. Step 1:

1_ Analytics and SEO. Enabling WSX5 analytics will require a Database

2_ Access Management. Enabling automatic registration will require a Database

3_ Shopping Cart. Sending orders to the Database will of course require one

Verify all of this. Should you still be unable to find the cause of this, I will verify the project for you

Thank you

Stefano
