1. If I use content slider, then only buttons are clickable (we cant link description text or title)

Hello. If you are not satisfied with the ready-made content slider object, then try to create the "cards" you need from different objects. For example, an image object and a text object below it.
Hi, you could use the image object and insert in the Object STYLE, Texts / Description text section, your text, then give the photo a link and you get something like what you see in my online example here:

the project with three photos same as the online example is this attachment here (in the other project there was only one photo).
P.S. you can also assign the same link as the photo to the Description Text in the Object Style so that the text will also be clickable, so you get what you see at this other link (each description text is clickable in addition to the photos):
