How do I add Google Sheets so it appears on the web page and NOT as a Link?

I see there is a Google Forms I can add but no Google Sheets.

Thanks this worked but the size adjustments are basic to crude attempts. I added a line to the Code, "'100%'width=100 height='1500'src" but it barely works. Perhaps spending time to develop this OBJECT would be time well spent.
