Apply VAT tax % at the end of the shopping process

I have a problem that I should be able to fix soon, the VAT tax % option, if I activated this option all the prices from my store change, by Law (USA) I have to show the VAT % at the end of the shopping process.
It's possible to do something with this issue???
Show the price without VAT at the store and at the shopping cart show the details with the VAT...
I hope I explained myself clearly, it's IMPORTANT.

Hi Sergio, have you tried:
Step 4) Advanced Settings->Cart-> Options/Settings Tab
then uncheck the "VAT included in price" box?
This should show Total VAT amount at bottom of cart.

Yes, but if I uncheck "VAT included in price" box the other option is check, and here is the problem: the prices from my store change everywhere because the VAT % is being applied at the price that clients can see, but I don't want it to be applied until they go to the next step and show payment method and detail price (there should be applied the VAT only, showing the final price)

the only possibility you have is to check the box "Set the VAT value for each product" (step 4; advanced settings, options) and customers can see the original price plus the tax seperately.
It is not possible to show the VAT only at the final price. Sorry about that.
