All the items in every shopping cart visible to any logged-in customer

When my customers who are logged in go to the cart, the cart shows everything in the carts of all other customers.
I have managed to set orders so that customers can only see their own order history, but cannot isolate each customer cart.

As far as I know, customers cannot see the products that other customers are buying.
