Cannot connect to Server

Since I updated my Surface Notebook to Windows 11H2 a couple of days ago, Website X doesn't connect to the server. "Cannot connect to server". I didn't change any provider settings. Also deactivated Firewall and antivirus in Windows settings. Didn't help.

Hello.
1) Check again all the connection parameters to the server.
2) Try to connect to the server using FileZilla https://filezilla-project.org/download.php
3) Try to reinstall the program.
4) Do not use VPN or Proxy.
