My Pro Licence is due to expire at the end of this month. I have had no option to renew, have I missed something. I have been using Website X5 since Version 9 and Pro version when it was introduced. Normally, I get the option to renew via the package or I get an email with a link to renew at a reduced price which also includes some free credits. This year nothing. Any ideas how I renew would be welcome as a long term user of the product. 

I went to the licence area and this is what it states

Warning! Your licence will expire on 10/30/2022.

Soon you won't get any more updates and new versions we release and, if you had activated the included webspace, you will lose the published data.

Cannot find anything on how to renew in the licence area. Tried ringing Incomedia constant engaged tone.
