Website V9. I have bought the full version, keeping the old v8, and installed without any problem one month ago, but after reinstalling s.o. I run the install but it stucks at registration signaling error, so I can't install it. How to proceed? thanks for quick answer.

we need more information in order to help you: what error message do you receive?
You have to repeat the same procedure you did the first time: add your licence key and register with the same email. Please give me more details and I will help you install.
