Advertising Message enables but not displaying

Enabled Advertising Message - shows on preview ok - does not show on site.
Does it modify the index.html page or does it show as a seperate file entity on the server side somewhere so I can check if its there?

Hello. Delete all site files from the hosting, reload the entire site (not just changes), clear the browser cache and check.
Please send a link to the web page where the Advertising Message should be.
