Newsletter providers such as Mailchimp have archives for e-mail campaigns, for which purpose e.g. HTML code is provided by the newsletter provider, which can be easily inserted into a WebSite X5 HTML object.

If you want to keep it all intern, you could use the blog.

It has a search function that can be set up to only search blog-posts (e-mail-campaign) and you can make the newsletter as a blog-post. You can copy-paste from the campaign-mail to the blog. If you do not have a lot of campaigns each month this manual work should not take all your time.

In the blog-post you can have both text, images videas and slideshows.

You will have a fixed meny where your users can see campaigns per month and you can categorize the posts.

It will be much like it is done here: https://tasmanbayblues.co.nz/tasman-bay-blues-blog/

It seems like your example uses both a blog and MailChimp.
