Webspace activation

I'm having problem with webspace activation.
I got error "It was't possible to complete the Webspace activation.
This could be a temporary problem: we suggest you try again later."
Can you help me to solve the problem ? I need webspace for testing my web sites.

If webspace is already available from another web host, then simply create a subdirectory there, e.g. 123testpage, 123shop or similar.
