If you remove the "wrong" part of the email

Then it should function.

If you want other emails to be informed, then you should set the emails on the

*** mail-account to be forwarded to the mails you want to be informed.

AND remember also to set the *** as the mail that should always be used as sender-address. In 1-settings / data

If you do this, it should function

I forgot that a specified email is replaced with **

The email I tried to show is: info(at)greenixcruises(dot)com which is the email you should use.

It is part of your domain and should therefore function.

In the mail-administration where info(at)greenixcruises(dot)com is hosted (BigRock I guess) it should be possible to specify forwarding addresses for a mail account.

Hello Prakash

I want to make sure I understand. The website is correctly sending out emails, but the gmails account are the only ones not receiving it?

In Step 5 -> Export the website online -> Parameters -> Email, what email did you configure?

Did you try contacting your hosting provider yet to make sure that the emails you're sending aren't getting filtered in any way?

I remain available here

Stefano
