Please edit my ".htaccess" file.I like to test every offered and modified this file... because the eshop still doesn't send any mail to customers...!Sends emails to the administrator.
I am attaching both files in the attachment - the smaller file is created by the WebSite X5 2023 program, the larger program is modified - but it does not send orders to customers...
The e-shop sends emails to customers without problems only with version WebSite X5 Pro 2022.3.7.
I would like to use the (current) version 2023.2.6 already.
Thanks in advance for suggesting and offering this modified file.

Actually, you are not allowed to put your own code in the area between
# WebSite X5 - Start Code [do not edit]
and
# WebSite X5 - End code
insert. Attached is a htaccess code you can try.

... thanks, i'll test it...

So I tested with the recommended .htaccess-3 file. Mails, but not all (about 50%), were sent to the customer with a delay.
After updating the e-shop, sometimes the first email is sent to the customer immediately (acceptance of the order) and after processing the order in the manager, another email is sometimes sent to the customer. So I would like the e-shop to send (2) emails.
But emails (order processing) will be sent to other customers only exceptionally.
In the old version (2022), mail (only a copy of the order) from the e-shop is sent to the customer immediately.
I see that changing the htaccess file changes the behavior of the e-shop, so I would ask for some other variant of this file and I will continue testing.
Thank you in advance.
Hello Boros
I must admit that I don't see how changing the htaccess could affect email sending specifically.
Additionally, just like for v2022, no change was done in the htaccess that could explain such an occurrance. The software simply takes the email and tells the hosting provider's email server to send it out.
If you're noticing that some emails just aren't being sent or take a long time to, it is likely something on the emailing server side.
Could you please try and contact the hosting provider's support so that they may check the emailing server for you?
Thank you

Hello Stefano
That's right, some emails didn't send at all or took a long time. And you were right, it was misconfigured on the email server side.
The hosting provider has checked the email server and made some changes to the settings and it looks like it should be working properly now.
(Mails were not mainly sent with the address "gmail.com" - GOOGLE changed the conditions...).
When the customer used a GMAIL address, sometimes the mail was delivered to the customer - but only if the .htaccess was modified.
I should track (check) it only after 24 hours (then the changes will already be in operation).
I hope it will work as it should.
Thanks for the help and advice. You helped me...

It is now working correctly, emails are being sent.
Google made other changes resulting from the protection of personal data and therefore it was necessary to make changes to the web hosting as well.
Thanks for the valuable advice...
