Under "forgot your password?" I recieved a link to change my password and went to the screen that lets you type in your new password, and then repeat the password and submit, but the text field for entering your new password seems blocked.  I can't type at all in that text box no matter what I try. (clearing browser information and refreshing the screen does't work.  It used to work before the latest update.  Am I overlooking something? Can someone check?  This web page for getting a new password doesn't seem to function, but to repeat your password, you CAN type in. https://canyouusethis.com  Your help is appreciated. Thank you.

Is there an error on the linked website? - it works for me.

Or is another website meant?

Hello Lenora

I attempted to reset the password from the automatically send email and I was able to do so correctly. All fields work as intended.

Are you still experiencing this issue?

I remain available here

Stefano

Hello Stephano,

Thank you for getting back to me.

You automatically "reset your pasword" (as shown).

Question?

Did you also check your email to get a "Change Password" message?

If you did, and you clicked the link, were you taken to "Reset New Password" Page

Did you try to type in a newPassword?

I get NO Cursor at all, as though the text field is "blocked", or something.

By-the-way, I have NO problem typing in the "Repeat Password" text field (as shown) because the cursor does appear in the text field.

Can you confirm that you took these steps?  This would be most helpful and appreciated.

Thank you so much.

By-the-way, I have NO problem typing in the "Repeat Password" text field (as shown) because the cursor does appear in the text field.
