Click boxes with responsive design

I have website Pro 2023.3.10. I have a page with 13 click boxes, 1 text box, and 1 blake box totally 15 boxes. Each click contains an address, which I have numerical order. However, when I go to the small cell phone preview the numerical order is out wack. I tried you use The responsive design icon, but all it does is jump a bunch of read boxes from click to click and removing the click box that is correct order. I tried the row format, however it states that the oder cannot be change and locked. Did I do something wrong?

Usually the box is linked by carrying out a very specific order, having said that it would be better to see the site link and the website page with the order of the cells
Is there a link to the page or a screenshot to better understand the issue?
Typically, you can set the order of objects on smaller screens by clicking Responsive and then clicking Arrangement. Then click on all objects in the desired order.
If there is a mistake in the order, simply repeat the process until the order is correct.
