Dashboard app not avaialble for download in South Africa

When I try to download the Dashboard App from the apple Store, a message states that "App Not Available" "The App is currently NOT available in your country or region"
I live in South Africa

Hello Antonio,
the app is no longer available, however you can configure the Control Panel on a mobile device following these instructions:
