I would like to have a headerpicutre with text running over it.
Therefor I have used a <title> object and in the row above and beneath the object I have added a <simple separator>.
When I show my page on preview and select desktop view, everything is ok. But when I click on any of the responsive buttons, the photo seems to lose the ends.
Please see attached examples.
How can I change this?

This is normal behavior for background images.
If you want the image to adapt to the screen width, then the text would probably have to be inserted into the image using a graphics program.
KolAsim may have additional code to make the image adjust to the width.
Hi, see if this example can be useful to you:

Thanks Daniel and Giancarlo.
@Daniel: I have tried that in earlier stages of my design, but I struggle finding the correct width/hight in pxls. Any suggestions?
@Giancarlo:that woudl definately be helpfull if i'd only understood the magic of html codes :)
on the page you will find the code and where to enter it
I cut out the photo with the text from the image and inserted it into an image object on a test page.

Thanks for the explaination. This works... partially... The picture does fit to window now (in every responsive page) but now the text does not stay on the same place. See attached printscreen. Is it easy for you to explain what I have to adjust, or will that be way to complicated? (I know absolutely nothing about programming, HTML scripts etc.)
... Es tut mir leid, ... ohne LINK kann ich nicht bewerten... tschüss, ...ciao
