Two things are important when sending emails:

1) Domain email address under "Parameters / Email"

2) Script type also under "Parameters / Email"

On my test page, the form had previously sent the data correctly.

But as I now discovered, the contact form can no longer send the data.

Apparently my web host changed something and didn't inform me about it, so I have to do some troubleshooting first, so I'll probably only be able to say more about it in a few hours.

Since the previous settings for sending emails are apparently no longer correct, there are now error messages in the admin area.

Maybe the moderators or other users can help.

My contact form works with my web host “Hosteurope”, but it took a long time for the emails to appear in my inbox.

In the admin area there was an error message in all mail tests, see screenshot below

Of the 9 tests in the admin area, 3 emails arrived in my inbox, so the display in the admin area cannot be relied upon.

I now have the old email parameters back and it works.

As far as I know, one of the moderators offers such a service via Teamviewer, I don't know the prices, maybe the moderator will get in touch here.

Hello Selim,
unfortunately we do not provide remote support.
I would like some additional details: have you also tested the contact form on the website's page, or only the mail test function in the Admin panel?
Have you also tried using PHP Mailer with an e-mail address with the same domain as the website itself in the Parameters?
I would also suggest checking the option to change PHP version, the latest supported one is 8.2

Eric

Online translation:

Merhaba Selim,

Eric
