Hello,
usually these parameters can be checked in your hosting control panel,
I would recommend taking a look there or contacting your hosting provider's support.

If it is this web hosting provider, the information may be helpful.

Kā pieslēgties MySQL datubāzei?

Host name = localhost
Datubāzes nosaukums = (cpanellietotajs_dbnosaukums)
Datubāzes lietotājs = (cpanellietotajs_dblietotajs)
Datubāzes parole = (parole, kuru izvēlējāties, izveidojot lietotāju)

The “Server directory with write access” is only required if the data is not to be saved in the database or cannot be saved (Evo version without MySQL database support).

----- WebSite X5 Guide -----

...

1. Send data to a file

If you are using the Evo edition, this is the only option you have.

The collected data are saved in a file in a specific Server folder.

In this case, you just need to specify the sub-folder within the Server folder with write access though PHP where the collected data needs to be saved.

If you don't report any sub-folder, the collected data will be directly saved in the main Server folder.

2. Send data to a Database

The collected data are automatically sent to the specified MySQL database linked to the project.

A) FTP

In order for the export to the Internet to work with WebSiteX5, you must at ...

5 Export > Export the website to the Internet

... provide the correct information, especially the correct target drectory...

Website URL:
Target directory:

Then you must also here at...

5 Export > Export website to the Internet / Parameters

/ FTP parameters /______

... the correct data enter, this varies from web hosting provider to web hosting provider and from web hosting customer to web hosting customer.

The web hosting provider would have to help with this, as they usually know the settings best.

B) Database

Depending on which functions you want to use in WebSiteX5, either a database is required or it is sufficient if the data is saved in a file.

Annotation:

I live in Germany and can speak some English, but I usually use Google Translate because it's easier. It may be that I don't understand everything and don't give the right answers.
