Au lancement du projet j'ai cela.

C'est peut être lié.

Mais les erreurs de fonte je n'arrive pas à trouver.

Par ce biais, AUCUNE erreur de fonte n'est détectée.

could you provide me with a copy of the project so that I can investigate more closely and check if the error can be reproduced?
You can export it in Step 5 - Export, choosing the Export the project option to generate an IWZIP file.
You can then upload the file with WeTransfer.com or similar services, and provide a download link at sales @ incomedia.eu (without the spaces).

I attempted to export the resources, but did not encounter the error.
Does it also occur if you choose a different destination folder to create these files?
To confirm, is this the same project you encountered the error with initially?
I can see that the Project Size in your screenshot was around 692 MB whereas this one is 136 MB, did you remove parts of the project before sending it?

I have tried with the correct option "Resources that aren't linked to the project" attempting both with v2023.3.11 and v2024.1.7
No files were generated, as the project does not actually have non-linked resources, but the error did not occur.
Does this happen with other projects as well? Have you tried changing the destination folder for the files?

as it might be a local factor affecting this, could you please check the situation after a reinstall of the software with these steps?

1) Uninstall the software in the standard way, from the Windows panel.
2) Go to the path C:\Users\YourUserName\AppData\Local\Incomedia and delete the folder corresponding to your version of the software (it should be WebSite X5 - Pro).
3) Restart the PC.
4) With the antivirus and firewall temporarily disabled, run as admin the installer you can find here: https://www.websitex5.com/download/v2023.3/wsx5_pro.exe

If this occurs even after this, I will try to reproduce this on other computers we have available.

we will try to reproduce this on this operating system.
In the meantime, I have attached a .zip file containing the file debug.json
This file allows to use the debug mode, that can generate logs on what kind of errors the software encounters while running.
It must be placed at the path C:\Program Files\WebSite X5 - Pro\Conf
Please copy the file there, then make a couple attempts to export the resources.
You can then attach a .zip containing the log files corresponding to the day when the attempt was made.
These files are stored at C:\Users\YourUsername\AppData\Local\Incomedia\WebSite X5 - Pro\Logs

I removed the debug file from /conf directory and restart WSX5.
When I open the project I got this error log file into the logs directory !

Does this file is automatically generated without debug file ?

Here the file and errors during just project opening.... May be is it the source of my error during optimization.

I can confirm that llogs should still be generated without the file, but with fewer information inside.
