To make the  "Captcha" anti-spam filter work properly you have to make sure that your server supports PHP 5 .

Therefore, please contact your provider to verify that PHP is runnung on the server and that it has been configured properly. Some providers, infact, especially those offering free space do not support PHP code execution.
