In my personal info, I changed my email address. Closed my previous account. Now, When I want to spend credits, the old email address appears in the screen, and I am not able to change that line. Thus the combi username and password will not match, and I am not able to login to purchase items.

Any solution?

If you mean through the WebsiteX5 program.
then you have to reinstall the program on top of the existing one....
by reinstalling you will use the new email

if I didn't understand, specify better, even with images and wait for Incomedia STAFF

after an e-mail address change, you would need to reinstall the software in order to align this change within Website X5.
Please go ahead and reinstall it, making sure to use the current e-mail address during activation.
