Error: unable to connect to server. Generic Error

I try to export website to internet and get the error: "unable to connect to server. Generic Error".
Connecting via FileZilla with the same SFTP credentials is successful.
Website X5 prof., 11.0.8.31
I tried all the options, nothing helps.
Who can help me?

Hello. Most likely the problem is in the old version of the program. In new versions there were updates just for connecting to servers. Either update your program or use FileZilla to connect.
I would also recommend using FTP in the program for connecting, not SFTP.
Plus, try temporarily disabling your antivirus, firewall and any other protection. Also, do not use VPN.
