Horizontal to vertical menus

On my website (www.iteachgcse.co.uk) I would like to make the main menus vertical rather than horizontal. Is there an easy way to do this? I seem to think there is, but I can't remember how to do it.

On the Pre-set Template the choice is where the Models are shown....
The Custom Template is a Dropdown from the "Menu Type"
