Planning to buy new Website X5 Pro  en

I am planning to buy Website X5 Pro and would like to know about some features which I want it should be there and some guidence on how to get emails of orders placed by customers on the website + how to create login for them and keep record of the orders they have placed.

Features I am looking for:

1) Multiple discount feature where I would like to offer MORE discount on LESSOR QUANTITY and on higher I would like to give LESS discount.

2) Limit customer to buy a product ( Stop him from buying more where I am offering him/ her discount and then limit the quantity of the product for same day or for one order)

3) Product which comes in multiple weight such as Coca Cola which comes in 250ml, 750ml, 1ltr, 1.5ltr and 2ltr ---------- 

I would like this product to be clubed in one Product and It should provide Options based on image or itme weight but no drop box like selection of the product 

+

different discount options as per weight and quantity for them.

4) How to make sure when customer place an order I will and he/ she will get an email of the products orders with order details 

currently i am using WAMP Server + Sendmail to get it delivered to email

If possible share a video or step to get this done

5) How to create User Id and make sure those will have

feature like Login and proceed

Login and check what they have ordered in previously

select product from previous and buy after clicking them

give repeat order by going to previous orders if possbile

6) product availablity comes from detabase and how to add them in data base to fetch the product available quantity and availablity and if not available it should display out of stock

7) Search box in Mobile (Responsive website) to search for products and add them to cart

8) Add product without going to cart and continue to add more

9) after placing order it will great customer thanks for buying and after some time automatically go back to home page

10) How to use Blog feature to be added to Website for New arrivals any new which I would like to share.

11) Any way to cancel the order when customer has login facility but before dispatch. Also any way to let them know the status of the order such as 

Order Placed

Order Dispatched

Out for delivery  like that

Hoping that your New software comes with all the features mentioned above and a way how to used those features you are having videos and guides to do so.

Hoping that all my queries are anwered in a simple language that anyone can understand

1) Currently, WebSite X5 does not have a built-in feature for multiple discount structures based on quantity in this exact way. However, you can manually set discount tiers for different quantities using the discount management system, but it requires some setup. You may need to create different product entries for different quantities and apply the relevant discounts.

2) WebSite X5 doesn’t have a direct feature for limiting product purchases per customer or per order. 

3) For products with multiple variants, WebSite X5 allows you to group product variations under one product listing, but the selection is typically done through a drop-down menu. Unfortunately, the platform does not currently support image-based or other non-drop-down selection methods for variants. To achieve different discounts for each variant, you would need to create separate product listings with individual discount rules.

4) To ensure both you and the customer receive an email confirmation of the order, ensure that the SMTP settings in WebSite X5 are properly configured.

5) WebSite X5 allows you to create a Login section where users can access password-protected sections of the website. To enable customers to check previous orders, you can use this Optional Object: https://market.websitex5.com/en/objects/live-preview/2a503143-ec5c-496c-a303-2d395df00af

8) WebSite X5 allows customers to add products to the cart without immediately redirecting them to the cart, namely using the available option in the Product Catalog Object (Settings> Elements>Button).


9) After order placement, an automatic message is displayed which you can customize by working on the language contents

11) WebSite X5 does not support customer-initiated order cancellations natively. However, you can manually manage order statuses on the Online Control Panel.

Will this search field will be available in mobile version of the website too? or it will be available for Desktop Version?

Hi there!

4) You simply define this setting on Step 5 > Online Export > Parameters E-Mail. Also, you may want to disable the option to allow sending from alternate senders. 

7) The search field will be available on both desktop and mobile resolutions

9) I think I don't get this one, I am sorry, could you please be more specific?
