Can not install the Version 2024.4.8 from 2024.4.6 - X5 Evo

Hello, I can not install the Version 2024.4.8 X5 Evo from the version 2024.4.6. I allways get the message that another process is locked some files. As a install the 2024.4.6 I get the same problem and therfore I lock at the checklist what is to do.
I have delete and all do this, but I can not install the version. With this I lost all my project. New I restall all the projects but I have no update.
Can you fix this problem with no workaround ?

I am sorry about the issue.
Could you please check the situation after a reinstall of the software with these steps?
The folders to be deleted with these steps usually do not contain any projects, that by default are stored at C:\Users\YourUsername\Documents\Incomedia\WebSite X5 - Evo, but please make sure that you have not moved any project folder or IWZIP file in the folders I will mention.
1) Uninstall the software normally, from the Windows panel.
2) Go to the path C:\Users\YourUserName\AppData\Local\Incomedia and delete the folder corresponding to your version of the software (it should be WebSite X5 – Evo).
3) Go to the path C:\Program Files and delete the folder corresponding to your version of the software (it should be WebSite X5 – Evo)
4) Restart the PC.
5) With the antivirus and firewall temporarily disabled, run as admin the installer you can find here: https://www.websitex5.com/download/v2024.4/wsx5_ev.exe

Ich habe das gleiche Problem. Das Update bricht ab. Der oben beschriebene Weg kann doch wohl nicht der Ernst von Incomedia sein! Bitte ermöglicht ein reibungsloses Update!
