Simple separator not working  en

When I try to use SIMPLE SEPARATOR in v.2024.4, nothing happens, it isn't working.

When left clicking the object, I get the message INVALID OBJECT CONTENT.

This problem has been very prevalent in other objects since buying the 2024 version, and it seems impossible to update the OBJECTS to make sure the current ones are being used, and nothing linked to the objects to indicate how recent or up-to-date they are.

Wonder if any compatability testing of all OBJECTS is actually done before new versions are released!

VERY, VERY INFURIATING!

Try going to the purchased objects and regenerating by clicking on the button in the image below, then possibly regenerate the project with CTRL+Preview and see if that solves the problem, bye.

Thanks Giancarlo.  Unfortunately it didn't work.

Very disapponted with all the problems I've experienced with OBJECTS in the 2024 versions :(

For me there are no problems with the “SnowFall” and “Simple Separator” objects with the Pro version 2024.4.8, there must be other reasons.

If you have unexplained problems, consider reinstalling the WebSiteX5 program.

To do this, click on the user name in the top right corner and select “My Profile”. There you will find everything you need for the new installation under “Download” and “License key”.

Thanks Daniel.  Already tried that but no improvement. Like you I suspect there is something else wrong, so I'll keep plugging on and hope the problem will eventually be resolved.

Hello Brian

I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing issues with these two Objects in particular.

One quick test I'd like you to run is this.

What if you open up a new project? Different from the one you're currently working on. Does the result change?

Also, what if you uninstall and install the Object again?

Keep me posted here

Stefano
