I am sorry about the issue, it has already been reported and soon the update including this fix will be released.
To restore this now, please go to Step 2 - Template ---> Template Structure and check the height set for the Footer Background, and make sure that it is set at the same value as the height of the Footer itself.

unfortunately correcting the size is not helping my matter.

However, I also looking to fix the problem in pages which shows link (mean skip the menu) I marked on the attached image, Could yo please help

what do you mean? From what I can see, now that the height is 300 it is possible to click the button leading to Page 2 of the blog:

Could you please refresh the page with a CTRL + F5, as I also do not see the text you have highlighted in your screenshot?
