Our community website is ready to be published. However in our last tests, it appeared that the lost password reset does not seem to work. I asked several users to test and they all had the same absence of reaction.
All declared a lost password and entered their email address in order to receive a temporary reset password. Then nothing happened. Nobody received anything.
Did I miss someting in the website construction?
Any help welcome!

Hello Jean-Pierre,
I am sorry about the issue.
Are you referring to hamptonparkrocks.org or to another website hosted elsewhere?
Thank you.

Yes, this is hamptonparkrocks.org hosted with Incomedia
Hello,
I registered as a test and noticed that the validation e-mail was marked as spam, as the address is a Gmail one.
I had the same result when trying to reset my password.
Is this address the one you have set as the admin address here? If so, I would recommend instead using one of the addresses associated with your domain.

Eric,
Thank you for your quick reply.
I will address this issue this afternoon and contact you again if I don't succeed.

Eric,
Here is a copy of email I just received: "Hi JP and Katherine. Here's the status of my user ids for the Hampton Park Rocks website.
For ***, I deleted the password, but I have not been able to set up a new one.
For bolyardbills@gmail. com, I was able to set up a password.
The issue I see is how to change the password on an existing account. Hope this is helpful. Mark"
To make sure I understand what you said, I changed in the Settings page the admin email address from admin... to our regular hamptonparkrocks@gmail.
Is this correct?
Hello Jean-Pierre,
I am referring to the addresses associated with your domain, these ones:
hamptonparkrocks @ gmail , being a Gmail address, is a "generic" address rather than a domain-related one, and so restrictions may apply.
