Pc Crashed when working on web site now it is not creating Index Page

Web site is now dead with a
Forbidden
You don't have permission to access this resource.
Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
Message, my pc crashed while working on web X5 (latest version). I thought it might a corruption in the program so un installed it. Then reinstalled it to see if that would fix it but it has not
Anybody able to help?

I found out that the index page is missing.................how do I fix that?
When you click the link, the website will be displayed, but the home page will have a different file name, see screenshot 1.
In WebSite X5, under "3 Sitemap," select "Home Page," click "Properties" at the top, check "Name of created file," and enter "index," see screenshot 2.
