Login or Registration button is not functioning or not showing any process..

On my website in Every Php Page like login / registration form / contact us in all form there is a submit button when i fill everything and click on the button to submit there is not process it is like no action. any buttons are not function well on any php page. can any one help me with this. my website is https://lifewithcolours.in and my hosting is with websitex5 hosting. please help me how i can slove this.

ok one more i have also try to upload the full website again but after that also the problem remains same... not process or action in any button which are on php page
The Incomedia staff should check whether there are any problems with the web hosting.
The Incomedia staff are online here during office hours in Italy.

As I have tried this and my problem gets solved through Google, the issue which i was having with my all buttons, which was not working with my website, actually I have gone through Google and I get some tips through Google that how I can check the error and the issues.
So I have just gone through that procedure and then I have gone through the browser. In the browser I have pressed F12 which opens the console and from there after that I have opened my website and then when I go into the particular form and when I have clicked on the submit, then at the beside in the console it was showing an error and that error was related to Google Recaptcha was blocking my buttons.
So after that I understood that it is creating an obstacle. So then I have went back to my website software and there I have opened my software and in that I have been to the privacy and security, Over there, below there is a Recaptcha setting in that I have changed from Google Recaptcha to WebsiteX Recaptcha.
After that I have saved and I have re-uploaded the website again and then my problem has been solved by this. So finally I get a solution of it and my website is now working fine. The problem which was happening with all the buttons were not working that problem is now completely get solved.
