Hi,

I am using the domain from x5 website and my problem is the orders from the clients the last months 90% of them are going to SPAM. I enable v2 google recaptha but is not existing like a choise to enable for the online ecommerce shop. The only thing that I can add is in the form.

What are the solutions?

Normally these are 2 different things - ReCaptcha is intended to prevent spammers from filling out forms automatically and the sorting of emails into the spam folder is done by the email provider.

With my mail provider, normal emails sometimes end up in the spam folder and spam emails end up in the normal mailbox.

I mark the spam emails as spam so that they end up in the spam folder and I drag the normal emails into the normal mailbox so that the spam filter can learn what is spam and what is not spam.

But some emails still end up in the wrong folder in the email inbox.

Dear Eric,

I didn't write that I have a custom domain.

I said that I am using the domain from website X5 . From the e commerce site when someone is ordering the email to me and to the customer 99% is to spam. So if someone know a solution about this. I don't think I am the only one or my clients they have problem. Gmail consider the email from X5 spam.

Hello,
what settings are you using?
With the default domain, the e-mails will be sent from a noreply address associated with it, if you are then using a different address in the E-commerce settings as the admin e-mail, this may lead to e-mails marked as spam.

With the default settings the orders are sending from email that I am using through host.it and all are going to spam. How can I use no reply email ? I did not change any settings

Hello Ioana,
my recommendation would be setting up a domain, or redirecting an existing one, so that you can then create an e-mail address and use it in the E-commerce settings as well.
This way there will be no mismatched between the adimistrator address and the domain.

General the idea of X5 website for e-commerce is very difficult to be in modern era. I will stop and to use a normal e commerce site. Nowadays are cheap and more easy to manage . Thanks
